Cy Jary is a Senior Advisor and Board Member of Graymont Partners, where he counsels the firm on program delivery, government-sector contracting, and real-asset risk; he also guides Graymont's building and development interests — the execution side of the questions Graymont's clients bring.
He is the Owner and President of Con-Cor Inc., a San Antonio commercial construction firm serving government and commercial clients across Texas and beyond, including thirteen years inside the City of San Antonio's Job Order Contracting program. His career spans more than four decades of construction management, from site superintendent through project management to general management of multi-state operations. His federal work includes projects for the FBI in San Antonio, performed under approved access to Bureau facilities.
Before taking the helm at Con-Cor, Mr. Jary served as General Manager of Operations at Beneco Enterprises, directing three concurrent Department of Defense contracts across the United States — including SABER programs at Randolph, Kelly, Andrews, and Bolling Air Force Bases and the Pentagon, and Job Order Contracting at the U.S. Naval Academy — managing programs of $10-12 million annually and staffs of up to fifty across management and trade disciplines, with responsibility for negotiations, estimating, quality control, and federal regulatory compliance.
With his wife Susan, he co-founded CSJ Motorsports in 2018, which served five years as Aston Martin Racing's North American support operation and in 2024 was appointed McLaren Automotive's customer support operations provider for GT racing in North America — supporting customers across the top tiers of North American and world sports car racing, from the IMSA WeatherTech Championship and SRO GT World Challenge America to the World Endurance Championship, on track and off.
He studied business management and architectural design at Texas Tech University and San Antonio College, and began his career at Lloyd Walker Jary & Associates, the San Antonio architecture practice.
